For accidents, whether minor or serious, during transfers, transport or activities, our stated responsibility extends only to ambulance or transportation costs to the nearest clinic or hospital.
Medical treatment bills, hospital charges, lost belongings and other incidental costs are not covered by us.
We strongly recommend that every guest arrange their own travel insurance.
Submit any cancellation or date-change request no later than 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
