This excursion is not suitable for pregnant travelers.
Under local customs, menstruating women cannot join the Mount Batur trekking activity.
Guests with leg injuries, heart problems, breathing problems, asthma, vertigo, or other serious medical conditions are not allowed to join the hike.
Anyone who participates despite having the conditions mentioned above accepts the associated risks, which are outside our responsibility.
Participants should follow the guide’s guidance during the trekking activity.
Expect the trekking route to be slippery, rocky, and physically demanding.
Weather can influence the sunrise view and trekking experience.
If there is a serious or minor accident during pickup, drop-off, or trekking activity, our responsibility is limited only to ambulance costs or transportation costs to the nearest hospital or clinic.
Medical treatment bills, hospital charges, lost belongings and other incidental costs are not covered by us.
We strongly recommend that every guest arrange their own travel insurance.
Submit any cancellation or date-change request no later than 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
Guests arriving late or failing to attend may be treated as same-day cancellations without a refund.
